Any Hackers who can help me?

I have read in Omegas knowledge base about linking from tradestation to
excel,
i started the server for signal online, and then Excel
I just tried the dde coupling and typed the following formula into excel
=OMEGA_SERVER|LIVEQOUTE!'EUR#,P' / this is the name of the symbol I have
And I got the error message that the
"remote data not accessible, Start application 'OMEGA_SE.EXE'
then when saying yes, it says
"cannot run 'OMEGA_SE.EXE' the program or one of its components is damaged
or missing
pls help me resolve this.
