(VALUE AREA is defined as 2 standard deviations
or 68% where price of commodity trades,)
When you compare Previous day VALUE AREA
to present day VALUE AREA, a move above VALUE AREA
is considered initiated by buyer, and trading below
VALUE AREA is initated by seller.
