data feed stopped recieving data from bmi

Yesterday after the market closed, I stopped recieving data into TS4 21.  I 
checked my bmi box and there still is data streaming in (bmi market center).

This is the first time this has ever happened to me.  I can't get it to find 
the signal.

Is a early Y2K, or a local software crash and I need to reload.  Build 23 
didn't fix it.
