The reason for the Lawsuit Dismissed

Strange, I heard that it was because 2000i was buggy at some big
investment houses who depended on the software 100%.

I heard it was dropped when Omega offered them free copies of TradeStation 4.0

GO 4.0 !!

We all know you are better than 2000i.
