ELA Help - Drawing Trend Lines

Question:

If I wanted to display on a chart a solid line connecting swing highs
and swing lows (swing high defined as a high with 5 highs preceding it
and following it which are lower and a swing low defined as a low with 5
lows preceding it and following it which are higher).  I would expect to
see a zig-zag type display on the chart with the solid lines connecting
the points.  Would anyone here know how to code such a thing?
