When downloading the patch from Omega's ftp site make sure you haven't
transferred the file in ASCII mode. This is what I accidentally did
the first time and saw the patch crash with (not surprisingly) a bunch
of gibberish in a dos box. Downloading again in BINARY mode saw it run
fine.
