You can download earlier TS 4.0 builds from the Omega Research web
site. You may need to go through more than one version upgrade to get
to Build 21, depending on your current build. Also, if you have
Portfolio Maximizer (as I do) you won't be able to apply the Y2K fix
yet. The Portfolio Maximizer fix won't be available until 7/31 (they
claim).
Anybody who has applied the Y2K fix for TS 4.0, please let us know how
it went.
