TS4 symbol universe

All of the sudden (Tuesday), I am getting warning messages from the 
TS4 BMI server about the price scale setting for TYX/CBOE, claiming
it should be 1/1000 instead of 1/100.  Indeed the ticks are now 1/10
of the range TYX has always been in.  

What are the correct symbol universe settings - for BMI now?
