utility to import data to T.S. 4.0

Does anyone know if there is a utility out there that will import the 
data from a different data vendor other than the few that are offered 
for Tradestation 4.0, on a tick by tick basis???  I've heard of a 
few, but haven't tried any of them yet, with Dynastore (used with PC 
Quote), Omnicom (with quote.com), and Dan Dill's (with quote.com).
