Since no one had any suggestions, I tried a desperation fix: toss
the Universe.mdb I downloaded from Omega's website and restore the
Universe.mdb that was installed with TS4b21.
And that fixed it.
My systems now execute stops on NDX at the exact price I specify, and
NDX is back to $100 per big point.
So: caveat emptor if you have downloaded the updated Universe.mdb
from ftp://ftp.omegaresearch.com/pub/NEW4uni/universe.mdb . For at
least one symbol (NDX) it appears to be corrupt.
