open letter to omega research on TS4 patch

Could Omega Research representative answer definitely
when will the TS4 patch for use beyond y2k will be available?

It was promised to be released by end of Jun 99 and it is
almost end of June, thus I think all owners of TS4 deserve
to know.

I tested the TS4 by typing in ticks into the server
with dates beyond year 2000. The date is then recognized 
wrong and the data will not be loaded in the appropriate
sequence.

of course, as we all know now it is impossible to type such date 
into the current TS4. 

This raised 2 issues in concern:

1. can TS4 collect data and save them automatically without
   the problem I encountered, specifically which version of the
   server would work and which would not? I am interested to
   know if the current NON patched version TS4 v21 can handle
   this issue correctly.

2. the 2nd problem of course is the inability to load charts
   after 1st of year 2000 as the keyed in dates are not recognized
   correctly. so is tick editing - it become impossible to edit
   ticks beyond year 1999.
