Steve Briese, writer of Bullish Review and Trends In Futures newsletters,
and a
party in the lawsuit, reports that, today, the United States District Judge of
the District of Columbia has ruled in favor of Frank Taucher, Steve Briese and
Robert Miner in their lawsuit against the CFTC. This is a clear victory for
the
publishers and subscribers of non-personalized market letters, trading books,
trading systems and software to publish without first registering as a
Commodity Trading Advisor. Steve Briese thanks Scott Bullock of the Institute
of Justice.
