NT Server is optimized to serve network clients, NT Workstation is optimized
to run user applications.
Unless you have a need to make files, printers and/or applications available
to a network workgroup of 10 or more computers, there is ZERO reason to use
NT Server.
(cost is another obvious reason not to use NT Server)
If you DO decide to use NT Server, make sure you change it's settings to
optimize for local applications rather than network traffic.
