The Data,
CSI The Final Chapter - LOOK I hereby declare that CSI has the best data I
have ever used for EOD. (period) There is none better in my opinion. It
has privately and publicly been suggested that I try others. But I need a
particular data format that only CSI produces. That is the Perpetual
contract. I have never in two year seen a bad series of data with the
exception of some obscure foreign stuff which when I made them aware of it
they promptly replied that they were working on it. I was surprised that
they even were on top of it but they were.
The Software,
I have absolutely no clue what CSI's goal is with their software and frankly
I don't care. I know this though, it has not been dependable ever in two
years and I might add it has done nothing but get worst. CSI has heard loud
and clear from other's on the list that this is the very reason that they
left CSI - because of the continual screwing with the software. So listen
CSI get something working and leave it alone! Did you ever wonder why you
finally forced me to upgrade? No! you didn't care but I'll tell you - THE
OLD ONE WORKED THAT'S WHY!!
The Attitude,
I have no problem with a the dog's barking on the list including myself. I
just hope something productive can come form it. I don't want or need a CEO
to kiss my ass. I just want what I paid for and that's it. You have the
data, you can fix the software, you have the customers and you KNOW WHAT IS
WRONG! What you do now is make a decision to either listen to your
customers (yea more tan one bitching about software) or do as Omega has
done. Only come out of the closet when someone post something negative on a
list somewhere.
