pelletier's outburst was well below par in corporate acumen.
mark brown isn't even one itsy bitsy piece of this issue.
as the head of a highly visible corporation in this industry,
pelletier's actions are simply inconceivable. he lost his temper
publicly.
that is not what is expected from a leader who should be trying
to portray (at least) an image of professionalism and authority.
mark brown has - ZERO - to do with it.

how can they treat you so badly - you are always so kind to others.
It wasn't even your rude email that was sent to CSI - you just
thought that Bob Pelletier should know that other feel that he is a
"itchy, stinky asshole". Your are so attentive.
You were mistreated by CSI. How dare they to use such words
and threaten you with punches when you were not even remotely guilty.
Why didn't they know you better ? Only when you feel very strongly
about something you shit directly at someone's doorstep - but not this
time.
Even they feel guilty now because they learnt that you are such a
fine and helpful boy and just tried to improve their company.
Poor one.
