John Sweeney's "Maximum Adverse Excursion"(MAE)

I have a difficultly to write practical EL Code to implement
John Sweeney's "Maximum Adverse Excursion"(MAE) as of part
of my Exits.
Any existing Codes and Help is greatly appreciated.
