TS 2000 bugs

I've had two significant TS 2000 SP2 bugs. Below are my two problems and
the "fix" from Omega support:

1. When I tried to save a Workspace "AS" I received the message
"Unable to serialize object. An error occurred while serializing the base
class of the object."
I had been running TS 2000 Service Pack 2 for 3 days and created a total of
three workspaces.

Omega response:
"There is no explanation of why workspaces get corrupt. There are many ways
that a workspace can get corrupt. What I can suggest is that you back up
all of your workspaces so that if this happens again, you will have a copy
that you will be able to use."

2. I converted about 3,000 symbols from TS 4 to TS 2000 Service Pack 2 over
the weekend. Most of the symbols were index or futures options. Besides
the ongoing Data out of sequence errors and other errors, about 1/4 of my
futures symbols and all my index symbols converted from TS 4 cannot be
charted in TS 2000 Service Pack 2.

In addition the Conversion Wizard took over my NT machine for 17 hours. I
couldn't run anything else on my dual PII processors during that period.

Omega's response:
"What you can do is export all of the data, delete all of the symbols, and
import the data back in. This should put the symbols back into the
Global Server with the correct settings."

In both cases Omega Support failed to acknowledge bugs in TS 2000 Service
Pack 2, or even say that Omega will try to fix the bugs I reported in an
upcoming Service Pack. I have to wonder if Omega is taking the problems
with TS 2000 seriously and if we will ever receive a stable version of TS
2000 and a Conversion Wizard that works..
