Maybe the bear market has already begun it usually looks this way much like
Chinese torture.
You keep expecting it to come back and certain stocks look cheap compared
to a month ago. Then you hear reallocation to value money going into small
caps away from high P.E. ratios.
I'm feeling bearish so we must be ready to rally.
