Where can I purchase intraday PREM data?

Hi all,

Does anyone know where intraday historical data (1-minute) for the S&P
premium can be purchased, preferably in ascii format?  Omega format would do
in a pinch.  It is very difficult to find.  Most places just sell the major
commodities.  Any leads would be appreciated.

P.S. Does anyone know which exchange this data is put out by, and if they
