I for one am glad Mark Brown has the Cahunas to not crawl
under a rock, like this poster suggests, and post this thing
to the list so that all Omega customers will know what has
been going on for years. The "irresponsible" is clearly in
the laps of the Omega higher-ups who try to make/keep sales
even when they are being less than ethical. I don't believe
Jim is into censorship, and even if he were, I don't believe
that a post can be unsent once it has been sent so Chris
Edwall's suggestion is moot to say the least.

I wouldn't be too surprised by anything that Mark Brown
does. His motives for doing things may not always be clear,
but he does have a way of consistently ferreting out scams.

Omega's byline: Promise the moon even when you know you
won't deliver. And when the Customer comes back complaining
after they've been burned, just promise that it will be
fixed in the next service pack. By then maybe their 30 / 60
day money back time will have expired.

I am surprised that you would post this confidential
information. That is
irresponsible of you and puts the list at some legal risk.
I would suggest
that Jim remove the post.
