Password program

Hi,

I have attempted to install the program OR_patch, that allows one to remove
the password from an Easy Language file.  However, when I execute the
program, I receive the following error:  Runtime error 200 at 019A:0091,
and the program then termintates.  Does anyone know how to resolve this error?
