Wingate is a proxy to share one IP address for a network. I guess you 
want to use historybank etc on the 98 machine which is running TS 
and Wingate on the NT machine ?

Wingate is free for this configuration and works.

However  make sure to configure wingate properly. Wingate configured 
wrongly is the ideal way to attack your system.

I would run wingate on the NT and disable all bindings apart from the 
server binding for TCPIP. Configure Wingate in such a way that only 
machines on your network can access it. There are some devious guys 
out there who use wrongly configured Wingate machines to spam the 
internet and to attack your system.
