You should have zero overflows from the DTN box.  The correct setup is to
raise the baud rate from 115k to 460k in the DTN box, Win95/98 Control Panel
(System/Device Mgr/Ports) and the Omega section of Window's registry.  When
you restart Global Server with this setup it will automatically connect to
the DTN box at 460kbps.  If you need specifics email me.  My DTN box now has
0 overflows and the serial port itself has very few overflows from the UART
buffers, maybe 125 per day which is nothing.
