I got the same problem today only with Signal cable box.
Since BMI stop to transmit Forex data today I must switch to Signal
for TS 4.0. After many hours last Friday and today with techsupport line
the only
solution they found, to send me new cable box overnight. I hope it'll work
tomorrow.

P.S. Maybe there is some kind of conspiracy between Bill Crutz and BMI.
Everybody runs to buy TS 2000. from Crutz and switch to Signal on
Line.
Finally, Cruz increase a sale of new product and BMI makes more
profit
to sell Signal On Line. TS 4.0 2YK problem is resolved. Crutz and
BMI are
       happy.
