Dial Data EOD Internet Discount?

This is an FYI post for Dial Data EOD data internet subscribers.

If you expect the monthly $8 discount for Internet access, you won't
automatically get the discount if for some reason you do not access the
service during that month.  In other words, if you download any data, you
get the $8 discount, if you don't download any data for that month, you pay
the full retail.  Go figure.
