Re: Class action law suit

I have no knowledge of Andrew Barroway - but I am familiar with Burt & Pucillo.
They (along with some other law firms) represented me (as a shareholder) in a
securities class action involving Ivax Corporation. They settled the case - in
my opinion - cheaply without doing a whole lot of work. Then they sought a big
attorneys' fee. I objected to the fee request - and was successful in getting
it reduced by the District Judge. I am personally partial to the Milberg, Weiss
firm - and would run the case by them if I were interested in filing a lawsuit.
BTW - Milberg, Weiss has an excellent web site - and anyone who's interested in
pursuing a case can explore it with the firm through email. Robyn
