As far as lawsuits are concerned - you have people in at least 2 categories.
Those who purchased non-Y2K compliant products who don't get a "patch" - and
those who are dissatisfied with TS2000i. In both cases - I think damages
would probably be limited to getting your money back for the product. I don't
recall anyone having problems getting a refund on TS2000i - so that isn't much
of a lawsuit. As for people who don't get a patch - that might be a good suit
- depending on the size of the class. Robyn
