I hope you don't think that the tiny number of people you see in
commercials is representative of typical users.  There seems to be
enough users between the two lists, many of whom have listed the
hardware they are using, to give you an indication of what you can
expect.

There have been a few who experienced no problems, but the number seems
too small for me to invest my time in TS2000 at this point.  These two
lists seem to have a large number of users, with varied hardware, who
use the software in different ways -- and the concensus is consistent. 
I do not believe that these lists are composed of a certain type of user
that is predisposed to problems and unjustified criticism.

If you want to find a small number of people who are very happy with the
software, I'm sure you can.  But I would be careful about expecting to
duplicate their experience.
