I have yet been able to run 'workplace assitant' (AKA chart scanner)
without having it hang after it has scanned 7,000 of the 14,000 symbols in
my portfolio list. Is anyone SUCCESSFULLY ABLE to scan charts ? The
tech support folks at Omega that I have talked to (after 40 minutes on
hold) are green (to say the least). They do not understand the product,
put me on hold to run and ask their colleagues for the answers to some
rather simple questions.

Bill Cruz, if you are out there, and care, can you address these issues ?
