Convert to FAT32 & TS

I am using an AMDK6 cpu (Packard Bell) 333 mhz with 64 MB ram and 512 cache
with Win98. I transferred my previous hard drive with TS 4 build 19 to this
computer which is still set at FAT16. If I use the Disk Cleanup's Disk
Conversion feature, I can have programs run faster and free up disk space
supposedly.

Is there any conflict with TS 4.0 if I convert to FAT32 since I cannot go
back to FAT16? Thanks.
