If you run Win95/98, have alot of RAM and are still experiencing system resource problems when you
run several applications at the same time here is a tip: run WindowsNT instead of Win95/98.
Win95/98 inherit some system resource limitations from the old Win3.x (maximum open file handles
only 100kb). That means that even adding more RAM will not necessarily help if you are having
system resource problems. WindowsNT, since it is not directly descended from Win3.x, has no such
limitation. So, if you are a power user, it is better to use WindowsNT.
