The short answer seems to be not much. I've encountered dbz errors where no
division was employed and I've encountered dbz errors in Omega's own
functions - one assumes they know enough to build zero checks into their own
functions which employ division. After performing some lengthily and
detailed examinations of several such occurrences and even building some
test functions, I concluded that dbz is one of several standard error
messages which Omega software uses when it craps outs.
