Horrable little problem!!

TS4 B21 w/BMI cable.

Setting up a 4 min chart on spoos, my open bar is a 2 min and the 
balance are intervals of 4 mins.

First bar on open is 9:32, next is 9:36.

Anyone had this problem, can anyone help!!!!
