Attention New or Add-on 2000 customers

If TS 2000 or PS 2000 is your first product from Omega, or an add-n product, you
may want to consider asking for an extension of your 30-day
return-period/warranty for another 30 days.   Omega is clearly aware of the
significant number of problems in TS 2000 and Global Server and you should not
have to accept the
product as it stands.   The more monetary pressure Omega has the more likely
they are to fix problems, which will benefit all of us.
