signal ticks

i use signal broadcast going to ts 4.0.
since last week some stocks get quotes other dont, for
example i didnt get a quote on dell today, nor nd m9.
tick count seems to be off.
anybody else having this problem lately?
dbcc claims its aproblem with ts.
i have also heard that there is some bandwith problems with dbcc.

here are some ticks to compare  as of close today:
