interesting I have a holiday calendar FROM CME - which shows GOOD FRIDAY
TO BE CLOSED - think we should find out whats really out there,,,,,

CME Good Friday Holiday Schedule
March 19, 1999 — The Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME) has announced the 
following trading schedule for the Good Friday holiday:
Thursday, April 1-Regular trading hours for all products.
Friday, April 2-GLOBEX®2 will halt at 7:05 a.m.(Central time) for interest 
rate futures and options. Currences and equities will continue to trade on 
an extended GLOBEX2 session until 10:00 a.m..
Friday, April 2-TRADING FLOORS: Interest rate products will trade via open 
outcry from 7:20 a.m. until 10:00 a.m., due to the release of the monthly 
Employment Situation Report by the Bureau of Labor Statistics.
Agricultural, currency, GSCITM/SM and equity index products will be closed.
Sunday, April 4- GLOBEX2 will open at its regularly scheduled time.

CBOT/MIDAM GOOD FRIDAY AND EASTER SUNDAY HOLIDAY TRADING SCHEDULE
The Chicago Board of Trade (CBOT) and the MidAmerica Commodity Exchange 
(MidAm) have established the following trading schedules in observance of 
the Good Friday and Easter Sunday holidays:
Thursday, April 1 	All CBOT/MidAm contracts will observe normal daytime 
trading schedules. CBOT Afternoon and Overnight Project A® trading will be 
open for Financial contracts only.
Friday, April 2 	CBOT Financial, Electricity, and Catastrophe Insurance 
contracts will open at their regular times (including side-by-side 
Financial contract trading) and will close at 10:00 a.m. All other 
contracts will be closed.
	Trading will close at 10:20 a.m. in the following MidAm contracts: U.S. 
Treasury Bond; Five-Year U.S. Treasury Notes; and 10-Year U.S. Treasury Notes.
	Trading will close at 10:15 a.m. in the following MidAm contracts: 
Eurodollars and U.S. Treasury bills. All other MidAm contracts will be closed.
Sunday, April 4 	CBOT Overnight Project A trading session will be open.
