CBOE has a list of S&P500 index components showing index weights at:

http://www.cboe.com/products/indxcomp/s&p500.htm

Unfortunately, they don't do a good job of keeping it up to date.

A list of current components is at:

http://www.spglobal.com/ssindexmain500text.html

but without the weights.

Information (with weights) is available for the Nasdaq-100 at:

http://www.nasdaq.com/asp/nasdaq100_activity.stm

This is updated daily.
