Tony, I do appreciate this. More than I can say.
But there is a professional, and a non-professional way to say that a piece
of software is crap.
It doesn't have to be done every 6 hours, it doesn't have to have expletives
every 10th word, and it certainly doesn't have to bash the person that is
giving even a slightly positive mention of that software.
