to be off by 1 decimal place, ie 1,000 instead of 10,000, but not all stocks
seem to be affected , any clues?

yep i have a clue! the same idiot that has worked for cruz - entering the
symbol data - for years has not retired yet! OR since cruz is giving the
personal touch lately maybe he personally entered the symbol universe
settings, just for all those SPECIAL people..
