I also received a call from Bill Cruz last night. It was close to 9:30
pm in FL. Gave me his number and asked me to call if I needed
anything. I appreciate the call to a current client thanking me for my
good word about the product and offering support should I need it.
Mrs. Spalding is in our Omega user group. She is the lady on the
financial cable channel advertisement for Omega that made 46% on stocks
last year only going long. I would do a ad for Omega anytime. Any CEO
of a public corporation that calls a customer that he has all his money
already is a good guy. I have always had good support from Omega
especially for the dumb mistakes I have made.
The $500.00 I spent for upgrading to 2000i was worth it just for one
feature I wanted and it was something I asked them if TS 4 could do a
year ago, chart the bid or ask. I need all the crutches I can get.
TS 4 and TS 2000i both ran all day and TS 2000i did not confirm a buy by
TS 4 because of the chart on the bid. That was more than my $500.00
cost for the program. Hopefully it will pay for this new computer over
the next few days or weeks.
