I tried to installed TS2000 and had to call omega (20 min wait), who
gave me a workaround.
The problem was that 95% of the install was complete when a small box
with the X in a red circle and OK at the bottom appeared. Clicking the
OK 20-30 times brought me to ATL.DLL not found and an error in
Riched32.dll.
The workaround is to rename the custom data lists file, Groups, under
the
Omega folder so the installation program does not see it and creates a
new one. Of course, it is empty and you must rebuild the custom data
lists!
