TS 2000i Install questions !!!

    I upgraded from TS 4 build 21 to TS 2000i ProSuite ok, except NO "ready
made sample" of System, ActivityBar, and ProbabilityMap Analysis were
transferred !!!
How come ???  All my old data and studies transferred ok.  I don't think I
exceeded the 1000 studies limit.  What's your experience and any suggestions
now how to transfer these from the CD ???
    I also notice the HistoryBank.com data from the CD did not overwrite my
existing data, but rather added duplicate entries when I viewed it from the
EDIT DATA screen.  However, this does not seem to affect the charting at all-
any comments ??
