Gary correctly pointed out that my formula doesn't cover highs that
occur during the maxbarsback period and Hans correctly pointed out that
neither of our methods will report an all time high that isn't in the
data series you have loaded. So, it looks like a combination of Gary's
formula and Hans's input for old highs should cover all the bases.
