TS 2000i and Tick Bars

Will TS 2000i allow you to create Tick Bars which all have the same
Number of Ticks.
A problem with TS 4.0 is that the last bar in the session will  stop at
session end no mater
how many ticks. I would like to create a chart where all the bars have
the same number of
ticks across the session ending.  24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Continuously.. To the end of the contract.
