It turns out that 131071 is 2^17 - 1, i.e, this is the maximum number that
can be represented in 17 bits of binary data. More than likely the data
feed vendor has allocated 17 bits to transmit the price data and now the
price has exceeded the maximum value allowed. It looks like it might be
time for some major updates to their data feed software. And then there's
Y2K...
