And why is that, anyway? That seems to be the most bizzare oversight or
omission regarding customer service that I have ever encountered. Please
don't say that your competitors don't do it, so we don't. There is no
reason why a data co. to whom I'm paying lots of money couldn't supply me
with a little missing data from time to time. All they have to do is save
what they transmit!
I was happy that Omega provided this as a formerly free service. Why should
they be providing data? They aren't in the data business.
