Hi Ms. Peterson,
I have contacted Tim, in our Sales Department, and asked him to contact you
regarding your upgrade. I do not have that information and would not want to
misquote your cost.
A free Year 2000 patch will be available from our web site. The Company
expects to offer, on or before June 30, 1999, to all registered customers in
good-payment standing of those versions, an appropriate solution to such
Year 2000 issues.
Sincerely,
Melody A. Blais

Subject: Upgrade
Dear Ms. Blais:
I am a member of an omega list group who cannot seem to get a reply
from Omega.
I have emailed 2x now for upgrade pricing with no response. I
purchased TS 4
back in Sept of 1998. The salesman Kevin Feuerlicht assured me there
would be a
Y2K patch no charge and an upgrade at special pricing. I specifically
put these questions to him as a condition of buying your product so I
was not buying a product whose lifespan was 15 months.
Now there is no patch and I can't even get a response about a price.
Some posts to the group indicate no special pricing beyond 3/31/99??? I
can't believe this would be true for users who have only purchased the
product 6 months ago.
I appreciate your response.
