First, thank you for placing some "official" information on the list - it
is much appreciated by some of us. Second, you are to be commended for
your bravery in posting to the list. You should be aware that there are
many, *many* angry Omega customers, and some of the responses you will get
will not be nice.

I have a few questions:

Will I *really* have to rename all the existing studies, etc when I upgrade?

Can I store studies in different directories, to help organize them?

Is there an option to save studies as ASCII files?

Is there an extra field that I can use to place studies in different
categories, and sort by that field (assuming a multi-field sort)?
Something similar was in the original System Writer, and was useful.

As with the TS4 upgrade, would it not be better for users to wait until
all the many bugs have been ironed out before actually using TS2000i?

If a user encounters major problems, is there a way to uninstall it and
have TS4 running ***with all data, studies, etc current***?

I realize that this is a bit of a chicken/egg problem. If nobody installs
it, you will not have much feedback, and problems will be fixed slowly.
Are there enough brave souls willing to be the initial testers?

Sorry to be so suspicious, but I have been burned before, more than once,
by Omega upgrades.

Again, thanks for the info.
