Drawing on screen

Dear gurus:
1.- Is there a ELA function to change the size of the text you write on
screen?
     You have the Text_SetString function, but with it you can't change
the text size.
2.- Are there some functions to draw objects like arrows, crosses,....,
etc. instead of the defaults objects (trendlines and text)?
Any help is welcome.
