I have found that for some reason, TS doesn't properly update my charts when
using FastTrack mutual fund data. I download the data from FastTrack and
convert it to MetaStock format. I know FT adjusts for
splits and distributions but TS doesn't seem to pick up the changes. I have
to go to OmniTrader (another charting program) to double check and see if TS
is charting properly. I don't have this chart update problem with
OmniTrader. To update the TS chart, I have to delete the chart, reload it
from scratch, and them apply the indicators. It's a pain. I also don't
seem to have this trouble with Pinnacle futures continuous contract data
which "rolls over" every few months.
Has anyone else experienced this problem with FT data and know the reason
and cure?
